The Transpetro Board of Directors received a resignation letter from President Cristiane Elia de Marsillac, resigning for personal reasons from the position of President and board member of the company. Finance Director Gustavo Santos Raposo assumed the office of the presidency.

Petrobras and the Transpetro Board of Directors thank Cristiane Marsillac for her dedication while at the head of the company, and for the important advances and restructuring activities within the company.
