CEO at Mercosul Line / CMA CGM Group (Jul/2016 to Jan/2020), Managing Director at Prumo Logística (2014-2015), Managing Director at Bravante (2012-2014), and Partner and Managing Director at Dock Brasil Engenharia e Serviços Ltda. (2010-2012). General Manager at Vale do Rio Doce for Strategic Projects in the Railway Sector (2006-2009) and Director at Docenavee DCNDB (2003-2006). The CEO of Transpetro received a Naval Engineering degree from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), with a Masters in Maritime Transportation (UFRJ), and an MBA in Engineering Economics and Industrial Administration (UFRJ), and attended executive development programs offered by international higher learning institutions such as MIT Sloan - USA (2004) and IMD -Switzerland (2005 and 2006.

Gustavo Raposo replaces Arthur Azevedo as Finance Director of Transpetro. He has a solid career in the Risk Management and Finance area, as Managing Director for Business Risks at Petrobras (2017-2019), Managing Director for Finance, Accounting and Taxes at Icatu Seguros S.A. (2014-2017) and Head of Middle Office for the BG Group in the UK (2013-2014). Between 2005 and 2013 worked at Vale do Rio Doce in Brazil and Switzerland, holding various functions such as General Manager, notably in Risk Management and Finance. Gustavo Raposo received a degree in Civil Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), a Masters in Production Engineering and a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from PUC-Rio. Attended Senior Leadership Programs at Chicago Booth, USA and IMD in Switzerland.
