The National Center for Logistics Management (CNCL) has a centralized monitoring system for all of the Company’s pipeline transport operations, using high-technology equipment. Altogether, there are more than 14 thousand km of pipelines (oil and gas) controlled 24 hours a day. Created in 2002, under the name of National Operational Control Center (CNCO), the current CNCL is ready to meet the increased movement of Brazilian production of oil and oil products, natural gas and biofuels.
This operation centralized at CNCL provides an increased operational efficiency, as well as reduced costs, putting Transpetro in same technological conditions as the major international pipeline operators and in the technological vanguard of pipeline transport.
There, the operational technicians interact with the installations of pipelines and terminals, turning pumps on and off, opening and closing valves, changing points of operation of the systems and performing the simulation of future operating conditions.
