Transpetro informs that the Office of The Comptroller General – Controladoria Geral da União - CGU - approved the appointment of Mr. Carlos Renato Fontes Trisciuzzi to the position of Executive Manager of Internal Audit at Petrobras Transporte SA - Transpetro, effective today, 01/08/2018 .
The new Executive Manager was chosen through an internal and external selection process, according to the criteria established in the Managerial Succession Model. The evaluation considered as criteria his notorious experience in the area, in addition to the technical and behavioral skills required to work in the executive function.
Carlos Renato holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master in Management Control. He served as Audit Director at Walmart Brasil Ltda., a multinational company in the retail segment present in 27 different countries. He has more than 20 years of experience in Auditing and 15 in Management, and served as a Board member of the Institute of Internal Auditors of Brazil - Instituto dos Auditores Internos do Brasil - IIA Brazil and of the Global Institute of Internal Auditors - IIA Global.
