Ship Garrincha is the fourth in the series of five aframax delivered to Transpetro

This Wednesday (03/27), Transpetro, at Estaleiro Atlântico Sul (EAS), in Pernambuco, named the fourth in the series of five aframax ordered by the company. With 249 meters in length, 43 meters in breadth (width) and a capacity of 114 thousand tons of deadweight (DWT), the ship Garrincha was built for the transportation of oil and goes to Salvador (Bahia - BA) for its first supply. The name of the vessel honors the former player of the Brazilian team and Botafogo champion at the 1958 World Cups in Sweden and 1962 in Chile. The other three aframax (Castro Alves, Carlos Drummond de Andrade and Olavo Bilac) are already in operation.
