The Controller General of the Union (CGU) granted the maximum score to the  Transpetro Transparency Portal by recognizing compliance of the company with all requirements determined by the control agency. This means we have made available in spontaneous and proactive manner the information stipulated in Law no. 12.527/2011 and in Decree no. 7.724/2012. 

In total 302 federal agencies or entities are assessed annually by the CGU. 

The average grade of the mixed ownership companies linked to the Federal Government was 56.05% for meeting requirements, while the other agencies reached 70.26%. 

Our leadership position in the ranking is another recognition by the control agencies of the advances we have achieved in the governance and conformity areas, which also has been recognized by the market.
