We participated as finalists in the Ser Humano Award 2022, from the Brazilian Human Resource Association (ABRH-RJ) in the Organizational Cases category. In its 42nd Edition, the initiative recognizes personnel management work within the State of Rio de Janeiro that demonstrates how an organization is capable of attaining results by valuing its internal contributors and their development.
Authored by the consultant to our Human Resource and Business Communications Executive Manager, Gilberto Maciel, the case Training in Response to Oil Spills into the Sea with Use of Simulators introduced the use of simulators in the training of our contributors working in operational areas. As an example, the work presented the exclusive training developed for our emergency response teams at the Transpetro Academy Simulator Center, highlighting the use of technology in the development of skills and attitudes geared to safe decision making in contingency activities.
